At Paper Source, we want you to love your purchase, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for most unused and unopened home decor and stationery items. Please note that personalized orders, custom printing, and clearance items are considered final sale and cannot be returned.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back and print your prepaid shipping label.

  Pack Your Items

  Carefully place the unused items in their original packaging, ensuring fragile home goods are well-protected, and include a copy of your packing slip.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid return shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or your local Paper Source storefront.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
